Welcome to It Refills (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, services, online store, retail locations, farmers market booths, pop-up events, and any related interactions with our business.

By accessing our website, purchasing products, or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General Information

It Refills is a refill and retail business offering household, personal care, wellness, cleaning, and lifestyle products through:

• Retail storefronts
• Farmers markets
• Pop-up events
• Community activations
• Third-party marketplaces or platforms

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, website, products, pricing, or policies at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or using the site under supervision of a parent or guardian
• The information you provide is accurate and current
• You will not use our services for unlawful purposes
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Products & Availability

We strive to accurately display product descriptions, ingredients, colors, packaging, sizes, and pricing. However:

• Product appearance may vary due to lighting, screen settings, handmade variation, natural ingredients, supplier changes, or seasonal sourcing
• Product availability is subject to change without notice
• Certain products may be seasonal, limited edition, handmade, or exclusive to in-person events or retail locations
• Inventory displayed online may differ from inventory available at our storefront, farmers markets, or pop-up events

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities purchased
• Refuse service
• Cancel or refuse orders
• Correct pricing or listing errors
• Discontinue products without notice

4. Refill Products, Containers & Product Use

Many products sold by It Refills are refillable, concentrated, handmade, naturally derived, or sold by weight, ounce, or volume. Customers may purchase products in small quantities when trying a new item, scent, or formula.

Because products are offered in customizable quantities and due to the sanitary nature of refill goods, all purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for customer dissatisfaction, scent preference, texture preference, ingredient preference, compatibility concerns, or general change of mind.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining whether a product is appropriate for their personal use, household, skin type, sensitivities, or preferences before purchase. Individual reactions and sensitivities may vary, especially with products containing natural ingredients, fragrances, or essential oils. Patch testing is recommended before full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs.

Customers are solely responsible for properly cleaning and sanitizing all personal containers, bottles, jars, pumps, spray tops, caps, lids, or other vessels before filling or reusing them with refill products purchased from It Refills. We are not responsible for contamination, spoilage, leakage, product instability, or damage caused by improperly cleaned, incompatible, or unsuitable containers.

Many products are packaged or offered in glass containers. Glass is fragile and should be handled carefully and used at the customer’s own discretion and risk. It Refills is not responsible for broken glass, cuts, injuries, spills, property damage, or other damages resulting from the handling, storage, transport, or use of glass containers or refill products.

Customers are responsible for safely storing products away from children, pets, heat, moisture, direct sunlight, or other conditions that may affect product quality or safety.

Improper use, misuse, transfer into unsuitable containers, or failure to follow reasonable safety precautions voids any responsibility on behalf of It Refills.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to:

• Modify pricing at any time
• Correct pricing errors
• Cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing
• Limit promotional offers

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers including:

• Shopify
• Shop Pay
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather
• Customs delays
• Incorrect addresses
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Carrier service interruptions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance or confirmed delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the sanitary and refillable nature of our products, sustainability considerations, and the customizable quantities offered, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, store credit requests, or cancellations for any products or purchases, including but not limited to:

• Refill products
• Personal care products
• Cleaning products
• Opened or unopened items
• Seasonal or limited-edition products
• Custom or special-order items
• Event or farmers market purchases
• Sale or discounted items
• Accessories, containers, pumps, lids, or glassware
• Digital products
• Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Because customers are able to purchase products in small or custom quantities, we encourage trying smaller amounts before making larger purchases. Customer dissatisfaction related to scent, texture, consistency, appearance, ingredient preference, compatibility, or personal preference does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to deny any claim, refund request, replacement request, or chargeback dispute involving:

• Product misuse
• Improper storage
• Failure to follow product instructions
• Fraudulent activity
• Excessive claims
• Normal variation in handmade or naturally derived products

If an order arrives damaged due to carrier handling, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly. While we may attempt to assist when possible, It Refills is not responsible for carrier-related damages, delays, lost packages, or delivery issues after shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

8. Farmers Markets, Pop-Ups & In-Person Events

Products purchased at farmers markets, pop-ups, community events, hotel activations, or other in-person experiences are subject to these Terms.

Product pricing remains consistent across our storefront, website, and farmers market locations whenever possible. However, applicable sales tax rates may vary depending on the city, county, or jurisdiction where the transaction occurs.

A 3% card processing fee is applied to all credit card, debit card, tap-to-pay, digital wallet, or other electronic payment transactions at in-person events and markets. This fee is non-negotiable and applies to all card-based transactions without exception.

No card processing fee is charged for purchases paid in cash.

Availability of products, packaging, and inventory may vary between:

• Retail storefronts
• Farmers markets
• Pop-up events
• Community activations
• Third-party retail locations

Customers participating in giveaways, raffles, loyalty programs, or newsletter signups at events consent to receiving communications from It Refills unless they opt out.

Photos or videos may occasionally be captured during public events for marketing, website, or social media purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content associated with It Refills, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Branding
• Product names
• Photography
• Packaging
• Website design
• Social media content
• Marketing materials
• Graphics
• Written content

is owned by It Refills or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with website functionality or security
• Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or customers
• Resell products without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the website

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, It Refills disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, It Refills and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• Damage caused by glass containers
• Shipping delays or carrier issues
• Product misuse or improper storage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or order.
