Thank you for shopping with It Refills. Please review the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Processing times may vary during:

  • Holidays
  • Sales or promotions
  • Product launches
  • Farmers market and event weekends
  • High order volume periods

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using carriers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Local delivery services

Carrier selection is determined at our discretion unless otherwise specified.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier rates

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

It Refills is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Lost or stolen packages

Transit times may vary depending on destination and carrier operations.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
  • Orders returned to sender may require repayment of shipping costs before resending

We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

It Refills is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery errors by carriers
  • Packages delivered to incorrect locations by the carrier

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims or locate packages.


Damaged Packages

Many products sold by It Refills are packaged in glass containers or fragile materials.

Customers should inspect packages upon delivery.

If a package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Save all packaging materials
  • Photograph the package and contents immediately
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a damage claim

While we may attempt to assist when possible, It Refills is not responsible for damage caused during shipping or carrier handling.

Glass products are shipped at the customer’s own risk.


Farmers Markets & Local Purchases

Shipping policies do not apply to in-person purchases made at:

  • Farmers markets
  • Pop-up events
  • Community activations
  • Retail storefronts

Customers are responsible for transporting products safely after purchase.


International Shipping

International shipping is not offered at this time.

Orders may only be shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated by It Refills.


Order Refusals & Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse orders
  • Cancel orders
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Hold shipments for fraud verification

Orders may not be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.
