It Refills

At It Refills, we strive to provide high-quality refill and retail products while reducing unnecessary waste. Due to the sanitary nature of refill products and the customizable quantities offered, all sales are final.


All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or store credits for any purchases, including but not limited to:

  • Refill products
  • Personal care products
  • Cleaning products
  • Opened or unopened items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Seasonal or limited-edition items
  • Farmers market or pop-up purchases
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories, pumps, lids, bottles, jars, or glassware
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.


Refill Products

Our refill products are sold by weight, ounce, or volume, allowing customers to purchase smaller quantities before committing to larger amounts.

Because products are customizable and refill products cannot be safely resold once dispensed, customer dissatisfaction related to:

  • Scent preference
  • Texture or consistency
  • Ingredient preference
  • Product compatibility
  • Appearance
  • Personal preference

does not qualify for a refund, return, or exchange.


Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Once orders are transferred to the shipping carrier, It Refills is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier mishandling
  • Delivery issues
  • Damage caused during transit

If a shipment arrives damaged, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

While we may attempt to assist when possible, we do not guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.


Product Use & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase
  • Properly sanitizing reusable containers before refill use
  • Safely handling glass containers and products
  • Proper storage and use of products

Individual sensitivities and reactions may vary. Patch testing is recommended before use of personal care or wellness products.

Improper use, misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions voids any responsibility on behalf of It Refills.


Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to dispute and provide supporting documentation for any chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim involving:

  • Delivered products
  • Final sale products
  • Customer misuse
  • False damage claims
  • Attempts to circumvent this policy
